DESCRIPTION:Where do writers get their ideas? How do I turn an idea into a 
 poem or a story? What is creative writing\, anyhow?\n\nIn this workshop\, 
 you'll learn creative writing basics such as cultivating awareness\,\nwrit
 ing practice\, keeping notebooks\, mining your own life\, taking yourself 
 out on artist dates\, and reading like a writer. You’ll learn about poin
 t of view\, and you’ll try out the use of prompts (images\, objects\, wo
 rds and phrases) to develop a fictional character and start writing a stor
 y.\n\nReady to get your creative juices flowing?\n\nThis workshop will be 
 in English\, but those who write in other languages are very welcome.\n\nQ
