DESCRIPTION:When life feels hard\, we can develop a toolbox full of resourc
 es to support us.\nJournaling can be one tool for coping and self-care.\n\
 nIn this workshop\, you’ll practice using a journal to vent\, name and f
 ace fears\, clear your mind\, explore your thinking\, notice what's going 
 well\, set goals\, explore ways to take good care of yourself\, ask questi
 ons and discover answers\, and more.\n\nNo prior journaling experience nec
 essary. You are welcome to join whether or not you are already journaling.
 \n\nThis workshop will be led in English\, but you are welcome to journal 
 in any language.\n\nThe writing you do in this workshop is for you. You wi
 ll not be asked to share it with the workshop leader or the other particip
 ants.\n\nWorkshop leader Lisa Yarger is the author of the award-winning bo
 ok\,\nLovie: The Story of a Southern Midwife and an Unlikely Friendship (U
 niversity of North Carolina Press).\n\nWorkshop fee: 45€\, with reduced
