DESCRIPTION:This workshop is designed to help you find the fun in journalin
 g and to support you to create an enjoyable and sustainable journaling pra
 ctice that works for you.\n\nIf you are already journaling\, this workshop
  will help you deepen\, expand\, and freshen up your journaling practice.\
 n\nIn this workshop\, you’ll try out using a journal to clear your mind\
 , explore your thinking\, notice what's going well in your life\, vent\, n
 ame and face fears\, document your life\, express gratitude\, develop a wr
 iting practice\, start a creative “compost pile\,” and capture ideas f
 or creative writing projects.\n\nThe writing you do in this workshop is fo
 r you\; you will not be asked to share your writing with the leader or the
  other participants.\n\nThis workshop will be led in English\, but you are
  welcome to join even if English is not your first language\, or if you wa
 nt to write in another language.\n\nWorkshop leader Lisa Yarger is an avid
  journaler and the author of the award-winning book\, Lovie: The Story of 
 a Southern Midwife and an Unlikely Friendship (University of North Carolin
 a Press).\n\nFee: 45€* with reduced rates available for students or in h
